The Role As the Junior Salesforce Business Analyst you will be working in a fast-paced, Agile environment you will be responsible for incident management and service request delivery.
You will work with the team to delivery enhancements for users and will be responsible for maintenance and monitoring, ensuring the system is providing the value needed to users. You will help capture requirements from users and will engage with the Salesforce Account Management team to keep abreast of new developments and features.
What do I need? To be successful, you will be a proactive and enthusiastic Salesforce professional who has hands-on skills in Salesforce Administration. You will possess some experience in business analysis, namely translating business demand into requirements and managing stakeholders and will bring a positive attitude with strong communication skills:
- Salesforce Administrator Certified (ADM201) - other Salesforce Certifications advantageous but not essential
- Business Analysis skills with experience in gathering and translating business demand into requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security control
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to take end-to-end ownership of work
- Experience in using Jira is desirable
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps skills is also desirable

This is a hybrid role which allows you to work remotely with once-a-month visits to the office in either Swindon, Wiltshire or Fareham, Hampshire. Fully remote is not on offer for this role and the team still get great value from having in person face time. Of course, if you prefer being in the office more frequently that is also is possible.
