You will be a crucial part of a vibrant team who work together work together to achieve the smooth running of this firm. They are looking for individuals who can prioritise, are highly organised and can stay calm under pressure.
 
As a Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator, your duties will include, but not limited to:
  • Developing and maintaining business relationships
  • Front of House Reception Service
  • Providing excellent service to internal and external clients
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Plan and organise events
  • Processing invoices
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Building relationships with vendors
  • Administration duties
