Team Assistant

Are you an immediately available Team Assistant or Receptionist seeking a company that will have you coming back? 

This is your opportunity to support a firm that likes for you to commit to repeat assignments. If you are a candidate only looking for temporary assignments and can only commit to certain days, well you have found the right role for you! This is perfect for actors, dancers or someone looking to support a company on an ad-hoc basis. You will then have the free time to focus on your other commitments such as attending auditions building your own business. 

Based on reception, you will have a team that you will support with organising meetings, coordinating restaurant bookings and complex travel arrangements. As the the first point of contact, you will also be the brand ambassador for both guests and employees. 

The firm is looking for an engaging individual who is driven, a clear communicator and has a positive attitude. 

As a Team Assistant you would be the first point of contact, duties include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring reception is always presentable
• Organising meeting rooms and setting up for the next meeting
• Diary Management 
• Travel itineraries and coordinating international travel 
• Supporting the events team
• Admin duties: filling, photocopying, proofreading, expenses 
• Scheduling meetings
• Making sure inventory and refreshments are always stocked

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years within the investment sector as an Assistant.
