As the first point of contact, you will have the opportunity to connect and build relationships, whilst also ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will be the gatekeeper and create a welcoming atmosphere for all employees and guests.
We want individuals who are proactive, outgoing and are client-facing in their communication. There will be varied responsibilities from events, to facilities, giving you the chance to make it your own, but also enhancing your experience.
You must have 3 years of experience gained within the investment sector or professional services.
Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, inbox management and coordinating office events.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all guests.
- Restock inventory and marinating a tracker to keep up to date with what is needed for the office.
- Ordering lunch, catering and researching new suppliers.
- Collaborate with various teams to support daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
