About You
Your career to date reflects a balance of thriving in entrepreneurial, start-up cultures and sharpening your expertise in the structured environment of larger institutions. With significant firm and investment growth in France, fluency in business-level French is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Proactive Diary Management: Handle complex, back-to-back scheduling with high volumes of change requests. Rebalance priorities to align with the needs of both the Partners and the firm.
- Expert Travel Coordination: Plan meticulously constructed, multi-leg international travel itineraries across Europe and the US, maximising time efficiency. Manage resulting multi-currency expenses.
- Document Preparation: Create high-quality documents, presentations, and reports using G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Team Workflow Oversight: Coordinate investment team meetings, manage follow-ups and actions, and oversee external communications when required.
- Database and Budget Maintenance: Keep contact and project databases up-to-date, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Oversee team budgets effectively.
- Event Management: Collaborate with the events and marketing team to curate seamless events. Responsibilities include venue research, invitation management, preparation of materials, speaker bios, and liaising with external suppliers for AV, catering, and other logistics.
What You’ll Need- Experience: At least 5+ years as an EA in a fast-paced environment, such as banking, investments, or technology. A proven ability to manage a high-volume workload is essential.
- Language Skills: Written and spoken English and French to bilingual standard.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated experience in resolving complex scheduling and logistics challenges under pressure.
- Gravitas and Relationship-Building: Genuine presence and the ability to establish trust quickly in a people-centric business.
- Work Ethic and Resilience: A high appetite for learning, strong decision-making skills, and a track record of pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone.
