Paralegal (Property Law)

This successful boutique property law firm based in London is looking for a Paralegal with 3-5 years experience in property law. Part of this dynamic, small team you will be a pivotal part of a well established and highly motivated team who provide high level support for clients. The clients are generally HNW or UHNW and their multi million pound property instructions. Purely focussed on legal work around their residential property purchases this is a business which is well established (set up thirteen years ago) and continues to grow as their client base grows. Much of the work is by personal recommendation and the firm has an excellent reputation. The firm continues to grow (currently 12 but a new team is joining over the coming months).

As Paralegal you will be supporting the fee earners across their various clients and helping manage their caseloads. It will suit a Paralegal who has worked in another boutique law firm that specialises in property/conveyancing and you will need to have the relevant experience. The ideal candidate must enjoy a fast paced environment where you are very involved from day one. The role is fully remote and the team do get together on a quarterly basis for training and social events.

Responsibilities

• Draught legal documents for clients.
• Research cases and regulations for the fee earners.
• Answer basic legal questions about subjects like deeds and lease contracts for clients.
• Fulfil other administrative duties.
• Keep a file of important legal documents.
• Liaise with the wider team as required
