Team Assistant - Client facing Investment firm

An incredible opportunity has arisen for you, a Team Assistant, to join this cutting-edge investment firm. 

This is a client focused Assistant role where you will be supporting 2 Co-Founders and a wider team. You will be working closely with the Senior Assistant to ensure a seamless day for them. 

They are seeking an immediately available proactive, high organised and an excellent communicator to join their rapidly growing company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career, working and learning from the best Assistants in the company. 

You must be an Assistant with 1 - 3 years of experience gained within the investment sector or professional services. As an Assistant, you will have an understanding of diary and inbox management, have organised international travel and created travel itineraries.  

This is a growing and exciting boutique investment firm that are focused on giving back to their community and is a hub for investors who are making a difference. 

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Diary and inbox management 
• Booking domestic and international travel 
• Expense
• Pulling reports 
• Meeting and greeting clients 

This is an ongoing role. 4 days in office, 1 from home.
