EA to 2 Global Heads (investment banking)

Leading global investment bank in the West End (London) is looking for a dynamic EA to support their two leading global heads. This is a rare and exciting 1:2 opportunity where you will join a high-performing but small team (but part of a global investment bank). More than just EA duties your role will encompass a range of high level responsibilities.  You will liaise closely with their high-profile client base and be a pivotal member in driving forward the process of this small and close knit team. As well as day to day global scheduling and extensive and complex travel you will also orchestrate key meetings with clients and coordinate regular high-profile events. As you will oversee the contact CRM for the team you will need to be proactive, resourceful and enjoy being instrumental in planning these events and streamlining the processes.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced EA with at least 10-15 years’ experience at senior level and proven longevity in your roles is essential as they are a well-known team and experts in their field and will only consider candidates with great tenure on their CV. This is a fantastic opportunity that will suit an EA with drive, energy and with their own opinion who is not afraid to put forward ideas and make suggestions. At the same time you need high EQ as the global heads want someone with a similar mindset and someone who is engaged, questioning and has bags of loyalty and commitment. This is more than an EA role and offers genuine scope to develop and add real value.

It is a fast-paced environment (but no crazy hours) and you are joining a friendly and highly collaborative team where the EAs work closely supporting each other but also have complete ownership of their own roles. As a senior EA you will need to be someone who is a natural mentor and enjoy getting fully involved in the team. In addition, you will be regularly liaising with internal and external stakeholders so you should be naturally confident and enjoy a role that is very much relationship building and very client facing. This is a real one-off role and an opportunity for an experienced EA to raise their game to the next level.
