We’re looking for an
immediately available ongoing Receptionist to join the UK hub of an innovative international beauty and wellness brand. Based in beautiful, spacious offices in West London, this is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll be the
first point of contact, setting the tone for a
luxury beauty brand and ensuring every guest experience reflects its values of warmth, care, and creativity.
This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage and fast-growing UK office, with the chance to take real ownership of the front-of-house experience and play a key role in shaping the culture of the space.
What you’ll be doing- Greeting and registering guests with warmth, professionalism and confidence
- Managing calls, emails, and meeting room bookings
- Coordinating refreshments, office supplies, and event logistics
- Ensuring shared spaces are tidy, welcoming, and beautifully reflect the brand culture
- Supporting team projects and events, and lending a hand wherever needed
- Taking pride in the space, keeping it running smoothly and always presentation-ready
What we’re looking for- Previous experience in Reception, Front of House, Customer Service, or Facilities roles
- A hands-on, hospitality-minded approach with a willingness to get involved across the office
- Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- A brand ambassador with warmth, energy, and professionalism, and a genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry
The Details- On site, Monday – Friday
- 9am – 6pm (with some flexibility)
- West London
