Temporary Senior Team Assistant, Boutique Investment firm

We're seeking a Senior Team Assistant to join a high-performing boutique investment team with one of London's most respected global firms. This is a division that fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where assistants play a pivotal role. 

You'll provide integral support to Managing Directors, VPs and Senior Associates with complex diary management, arranging international travel and meetings across multiple timezones. You'll be working in a client-facing role that combines pace, precision and partnership as you create efficiency for your team. 

You'll be highly organised, confident in your communication and proactive in anticipating the team needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day support. 

You must have a minimum of 3 years as a Team Assistant. Experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking or Private Equity is highly preferred. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Proactive diary and calendar management for senior executives 
• Coordinating complex, milt-timezone meetings
• Arranging international travel, including flights, visas, hotels and itineraries
• Partnering closely with assistants across the firm 

Requirements:

• 3+ years' of experience as a Team Assistant, ideally within investment banking, asset management or wealth management
• Calm, reliable and highly organised even under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset
• Proactive, team-orieted and detail focus

This is a 12 month assignment, full-time and office-based (5 days), offering excellent exposure to senior leadership within a top-tier investment firm. High performance may led to further opportunities within the business. 

£26 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay
