Customer Proposition Manager
My client is seeking a commercially savvy and multi-skilled professional to hit the ground running in order to involve and implement the following-
- responsible for ensuring exemplary customer experience and professional on-boarding
- manage x2 portals in order to analyse customer feedback (good and bad), trends
- manage a small team of administrators mainly remote over zoom/teams but also occasional face to face at the Leicester office
- analyse customer dissatisfaction, promote change and implement positive change
- analyse and research competitor solutions - from complete process change or enhanced IT software.
- ability to affect change through key stakeholders
- ability to present solutions including relevant costs to enhance and retain customer experience
