My client, a long standing small regional firm is strategically wanting to grow their employment team.

The department is small and due to planned expansion, they are looking for a senior lawyer to head up the team and look to actively develop the department.

You will be a Senior Associate looking for Partnership or a current Partner looking for a new challenge where you can really make an impact and impose significant growth. The team handles a mixed claimant & respondent employment case load across all aspects of employment law. Alongside managing a full case load, you will also be heavily involved in business development and marketing to bring new work in to the firm.
