The award winning law firm is seeking a skilled individual to manage a diverse portfolio, including landlord and tenant work, where the successful candidate will represent both parties. What the firm wants from you:

• Acting for residential and commercial developers. You'll play a crucial role in shaping skylines and communities, guiding projects from conception to completion.
• Secured lending, the role demands a meticulous professional to act on behalf of clearing banks, other banks, and financial institutions.
• Drafting and negotiating option and pre-emption agreements
• Advising on overage arrangements. These tasks require a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of contractual law.
• Assisting the corporate/commercial department with real estate aspects of corporate matters, offering a chance to collaborate across departments and expand one's expertise in integrated business transactions.
