Job Description

The successful individual will be entrusted with the responsibility of nurturing and expanding a client base, leveraging their exceptional account management skills to foster long-term partnerships. With a focus on B2B contracts, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in this area.

A key aspect of this role involves the strategic development of new business opportunities. The Business Development Manager will receive approximately 100-150 warm leads per month, targeting potential clients approaching the end of their current contracts within a 3-6 month window. These leads are primed for engagement, offering a fertile ground for growth and sales success.

Communication skills are paramount, as the role includes setting appointments through Microsoft Teams and, for those in the northwest, the potential for face-to-face meetings. 

The remuneration package is competitive, with a total offering of £30,000 to £40,000, inclusive of a company car. This package reflects the value placed on the expertise and commitment brought to the role. Additionally, the position comes with 22 days of holiday and a balanced work schedule of 9-5, including a 1-hour lunch break, allowing for a harmonious work-life balance.
