A long standing National law firm in Harrogate is looking to add an experienced senior residential conveyancer to the team due to expansion. The role will involve managing a non volume case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion across freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity and help to buy. You will also manage a legal assistant.

The firm is looking for a senior conveyancer (solicitor, legal executive, CLC, experienced fee earner) to join the team on a full time permanent basis. You will have at least 2 years solid conveyancing fee earning experience and be looking for a new, challenging and rewarding role within a successful and progressive firm. Hybrid working and flexible hours are available.
