The Firm

Legal 500, Multi - Award winning law firm located in the heart of the city, this is your opportunity to join this established firm and become an essential part of the business. 

The Role

You will be responsible for running a caseload of Corporate matters, including but not limited to M & As, Investments, Shareholder Agreements, etc. You will be joining a successful team of 12, from Senior solicitors to NQs. You will have the responsibility of supervising the more junior staff when needed, but previous managerial experience is not vital. 

Requirements 

• 4 years + PQE
• Extensive experience dealing with corporate matters 
• Proven track record of billings 
• Take your work seriously but not yourself!
