The Role

You will be responsible for leading and developing the department. Working closely with the MD this is a chance for you to really make an impact on a firm. You'll oversee the work done by the fee earners, guide and support where necessary and conduct elements of BD and Networking. 

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years Conveyancing experience 
- Previous managerial experience is ideal but not essential
- Extensive legal knowledge 
- Business Development and Networking
