If you are looking for an opportunity to progress then this could be it. The firm is growing and they are developing their conveyancing team so you have the chance to grow with the firm. Ideally located in Blackburn Centre, it is ideal for drivers and public transport users alike.

Responsibilities

You will handle a full caseload (circa 80 files) of residential property matters that will include: Freehold, Leasehold, Sales and Purchase, Remo, Transfer of Equity. The ideal candidate would have New Build and Shared Ownership experience however this is far from necessary. 

- Minimum of 12 months experience running a residential property caseload
- Welcoming manner
- Team Player
