Salary: £11.59-£13.69 an hour depending upon experience, plus bonus
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm and Friday 8.30am-1.00pm (36.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of the products/services being offered.
- Identify customer needs and tailor the conversation to address them.
- Set appointments or close sales, depending on the campaign objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer reactions and market trends.
