Role - Industrial Disease Solicitor / Fee Earner

One of our clients a leading Top 200 law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join their team. This role requires an expert in personal injury litigation, with a focus on military claims and industrial disease (Noise Induced Hearing Loss, Short Tail & Long Tail diseases). You will manage a varied caseload of complex, high-value cases, ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigated and pre-litigated military and industrial disease claims.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and case law.
• Handle high-value and complex cases with strong decision-making skills.
• Achieve financial targets and contribute to team profitability.
• Provide exceptional client care and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5/10 years’ PQE.
• Experience with Ministry of Defence claims and industrial disease cases.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and court document drafting.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in PROCLAIM or similar case management software.
