The staff retention in very good with the average being 11 years but several members of staff have been there for 20+ years. 

Role & Requirements 

This is a succession planning role, the current HOD is looking to retire and he will spend time with you making sure you are ready for your new challenge.Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of Civil Litigation matters, including landlord and tenant, debt recovery, contract disputes etc. Handling complex cases with minimal supervision, you will actively contribute to the success of the firm.

The ideal candidate will not only have a solid background in the specified areas but also possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service, with a minimum of 3 years PQE.

-25 days holiday , increasing to 28 after 3 years and 30 after 10.
