Job Description

Opportunity has opened up within Portsmouth Council for experienced social worker required to undertake care act assessments, annual reviews, mental capacity assessments and some continuing healthcare checklists and assessments when required. Hybrid working scheme.
Pay rate: £35.69
Location: Porthsmouth
