Personal Advisor Leaving Care

Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting experienced Personal Advisors for a Children Looked After/ Care Leavers/ Unaccompanied Asylum-seeking Childrens team based in North London.

Your responsibilties will include to provide advice, information, and support to help care leavers with their education, employment, health, finances, and more, working with social workers and other agencies to ensure care leavers receive the support they need.
