Job Description

Pertemps has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced looked after children’s social worker for an immediate start in Devon.

Principal responsibilities in the role will involve:

Assess and Support: Carry out assessments and undertake care management responsibilities for children in our care, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Case Management: Manage a caseload of Looked After Children, including planning, reviewing, and coordinating services.
Partnership Working: Collaborate with families, external agencies, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for children.
Advocacy: Advocate for the best interests of Looked After Children, ensuring they have stability and permanence.
