About the role:
We are looking to recruit and Agency Advanced Social Work Practitioner for our clients' Looked After Through Care Team.

The Advanced Practitioner role is equivalent to an Assistant Team Manager role, holding a reduced but complex case load of children and young people whose care plans are for them to remain in our care long term. The role also involves supervision of Social Workers, Case Management oversight and deputising for the Team Manager role when they are not available.

What you need:

• A degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Registered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work England
• Completed relevant post-qualifying training
• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and written skills
