Adult Social Worker - Locality Team
£32.07 per hour
Merseyside
36 hours p/w, 2 days in the office

About the role:

• To work with adults with LD, Phys dis needs, mental health issues and social circumstances 
• Ability to identify and escalate risk 
• Need to be ablke to 
• Undertake scna 
• Support plan and commission U
• Undertake safegurdings
• Undertake MCA's and BIM 
• Undertake CHC/DST's
• To be able to work in a fast past team where the ethos is to maximise independnece with short term intervention
• Work alongside partner agencies such as Rapid Response/Reablement/drugs alcohol, housing/ health colleagues

What you need:

• A degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Registered with Social Care Wales
• Completed relevant post-qualifying training
• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Car Driver
