Job Title: Senior Service Coordinator
Location: Telford, Shropshire
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 Basic, Annual Bonus, 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays (Increases with length of service), Company Pension (5%), Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Hybrid Working, Full Training Provided.

Job Description:

We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Senior Service Coordinator, based in Telford. Working for a market leading manufacturing business, who hold an excellent reputation within their industry for having a strong product range, renowned global brand, and thriving business culture.

Within the role of Senior Service Coordinator, you will lead a team of Service Controllers, guiding and supporting the team through change management and the adaptation to new systems and processes, as well as ensuring the service department is running efficiently, and productivity is maximised.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Supervision of all administration processes for the Service Operations function (job quoting, planning and preparation, technician and 3rd party scheduling, invoicing and query resolution)
• Drive performance, team member engagement, development and succession planning
• Supervision of Service Coordinators and Administrators
• Ensure customer queries and complaints are dealt with efficiently and professionally
• Work in partnership with Technical Service Manager / Senior Technicians
• Drive improvement and standardisation of administrative processes.
• Leading the team through structural, process and systems changes.

Requirements of Role:

• Previous experience working as a Senior Service Coordinator, Customer Service Manager, Team Leader or Supervisory role is required
• Knowledge of the Powered Access, Plant Machinery or Construction Equipment sector preferred but not essential
• Strong background in customer service & administration
• Ability to manage operational processes, implement improvement strategies, and guide a team through change management.
