Your responsibilities will include: - Service repair and maintenance of heavy plant/construction equipment
- Identify mechanical issues with the use of your technical knowledge and computerised systems within a workshop environment
- Ensuring software updates are installed
- Accurate completion of paperwork
- Ordering and returning parts
Experience required:- Hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance, Land Based Engineering, HGV maintenance or similar
- Have extensive mechanical experience
- Have a comprehensive understand hydraulics and electronics
- Can work to a high standard of competence, independently
- Practical repair and maintenance experience on heavy construction plant
- Proven technical competence on diesel engines, transmissions, drive lines, hydraulics, and electronics
- Ideally welding, fabrication and line boring experience
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
