Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Northern England, Manchester & Leeds
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Basic (DOE), Plus Uncapped Bonus Scheme, Company Car / Car Allowance, Phone, Laptop, Company Pension Scheme, Holiday Allowance, Full Product Training.

Job Description:

We have a fantastic new opening for an Are Sales Manager to join a well-established, independent construction hire company. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and winning new business across the Northern parts of the country, targeting construction projects for long- and short-term hires. You’ll become an integral part of a close-nit team, where you’ll be incentivised and supported within your role.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of accounts
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Take ownership and responsibility for new business sales
• Identifying projects that are taking place within your assigned territory
• Manage a thorough sales process from start to finish

Requirements of Role:

• Previous experience within a Field Sales, Territory Sales, Outbound Sales, or Area Sales role
• Willing to consider anyone from a Construction Hire background, including; Powered Access, Plant Hire, Tool Hire, Site Accommodation, Welfare Hire, Power Generation, Material Handling, or Forklifts.
• Must be a strong relationship builder
• Hold a UK driving licence
