Job Description
Are you a graduate? Do you have an interest in bids? Do you want to join one of the fastest growing industries?

My client is looking someone to join their team as a Junior Bids Coordinator Ideally, they will be looking for career progression in Bids, as this is something the client wants to help develop them into.

Junior Bids Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Head of Bids and Senior Bid Coordinator with the completion of pre-qualification questionnaires
• Assisting with the submission of tenders
• Analyse tender documents
• Maintaining and updating the bid library
• Writing bids
• Any other ad-hoc duties required

 Junior Bids Coordinator Profile:
• Excellent written English, being able to write with different audiences in mind
• Possess good attention to detail and fantastic time management; as will have to handle multiple conflicting responsibilities
• Have confidence in communicating with both those in and outside of the team
• Able to work under their own initiative, taking on the needs of each project
