- Mechanical Qualifications – e.g City & Guilds/ HNC
- Reactive and Planned maintenance experience
- Worked in an NHS Trust is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with Mechanical maintenance over the one site
- Manage PPMS
- Maintain Boilers and Heating Systems, Hot & Cold-water taps, Sinks and Pipes.
The Role
- This role is a temp 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend.
- The salary for this role is £20 - £21 an hour.
- You have the choice whether to be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
- You will be reporting to the Estates Manager
