Job Description
What you need
- Completed and passed a 4-year apprenticeship City & Guilds or NVQ level 3
- Reactive and Planned maintenance experience
- Worked in an NHS Trust for 2 or more years
Key Responsibilities
- Planned maintenance onBoilers, AHU’s, A/C, general plumbing, Heating & Ventilation and Calorifiers and Hot Water systems
- To be included on the On-Call Rota, to meet emergency and urgent situations out of core working hours
- Deputise for Team Leaders
- Ability to plan and prioritise work
- Carry out any other reasonable request from Estates leadership team
The Role
- This role is a temp 6 - 12 month contract.
- The salary for this role is £20.31 an hour.
- You have the choice whether to be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
- You will be reporting to the Estates Manager
