Job Description
You will be:
Joining the Youth Justice Team; your role will be working directly with Youth Offenders to:
- Assess and support young people.
- Working closely with multi – agency partners.
- Work to reduce the risks of re offending.
- Build an effective relationship with young people and their families.
- To work creatively in developing and delivering targeted interventions to address the needs of and underlying causes of children and young people offending.
- A manageable caseload.
- Supportive management Team.
- Training and working equipment provided.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of managing a diverse statutory caseload within the Youth Justice system.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
