Job Description
You will be:
Joining the Adult Mental Health Team; your role will be to:
- Managing a complex case load of Adults within the Community.
- Developing and producing care plans as – well as risk assessments of the service user’s mental health and Social Care needs.
- Conducting Care Act assessments.
- A manageable caseload.
- Work for a ‘Good’ Ofsted rated Council.
- Supportive management Team.
- Training and working equipment provided.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within Adult Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within an Adult Mental Health Team.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
