Job Description

You will be:
Joining the Children’s Family Safeguarding Team; your role will be to:
- Undertake comprehensive assessments including parenting assessments in a timely manner.
- Undertake Care Proceedings within a Court setting, both private and public.
- Initiate and complete within court timescales and achieve permanency plans for children including adoption.
- Understand and respond to complexity of risks and are required to evidence on records, including providing analysis of their interventions with children and families.
- A manageable caseload.
- Supportive management team.
- Training and working equipment provided.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- A reliable on rolling contract and a stable management team.
- Very competitive pay rate of £45.61 per hour.
- A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within Children’s Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within a Frontline Children’s Team.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Right to work in the UK.
