Role:

• The individual will take the lead in the BREEAM assessments we are currently undertaking nationally.
• Although BREEAM assessments will be the primary role, we believe it is essential to expand knowledge within all areas of sustainability, training and opportunities will be provided within thermal modelling, SBEM assessments, SAP assessments, registering as an EPC assessor, etc.

Experience:

• Undertaking BREEAM assessments from Per-assessment to Post Completion Certification
• Licenced BREEAM Assessor
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Report writing
• Project Management
• BREEAM AP (Preferable)
