Job Description
You will be:
Joining the Occupational Therapy Team; your role will be to:
- Assess and make recommendations for major adaptations and complex equipment.
- Work within a multi professional team.
- Undertaking complex OT, holistic person – centred assessments, support planning and reviews of people with a range of health conditions.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Relevant work experience within the field.
