Job Description

You will be:
Joining the Looked After Children’s Team; your role will be to:
- Develop and reviewing care plans for children under the care of the local authority.
- Working within a multi – agency setting with other professionals in the service to provide a co – ordinated approach to the childcare.
- Supporting children in their transition from care to independence, including planning for adulthood.
- Ensuring accurate records and documentation of visits.
Essentials:
- Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of managing a Children Social Work Team.
- Right to work in the UK.
