Job Description

You will be:
Joining the Mental Health Team; your role will be to:
- Conduct through assessments to understand service user’s mental health needs.
- Implementing care plans tailored to each individual.
- Working within a multi – agency setting.
- Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within an Adult Social Work Team.
- Right to work in the UK.
