Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Children Social Worker to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.
Please do not apply for this role if you do not have a valid Right to Work in the UK, are not a Qualified Social Worker and not registered to Social Work England.

You will be:
Joining the Children Looked After Team, your role will be to:

Developing and reviewing comprehensive care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each child in care.
Regularly visiting children in their foster or residential placements to monitor their well-being and progress.
Coordinating with health and education professionals to ensure children in care have access to necessary services and support.
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, attending court hearings, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Essentials:

Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a Frontline Children’s Social Work Team.
Right to work in the UK.
