Job Description
You will be:
You will be joining the Families Together Team; your main responsibilities will include:
- To facilitate intensive, strengths-based sessions for children aged 10 – 18 and their families who has been referred to children’s services.
- Work towards the three – phase intervention for adolescents on the Edge of Care to improve relationships and communication within families.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals within the Service.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- A relevant Professional Qualification.
- Registered to HCPC.
- Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
- Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
- Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
- Access to niche opportunities.
