Job Description

You will be:
You will be joining the Localities Team; your main responsibilities will include:
- Hold a caseload of Service Users within the Locality.
- Carry out Care Act Assessments.
- MCAs Care and Support Plans and Reviews.
- Carers Assessments and Support Planning.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold a Social Work Degree and has completed an ASYE.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
- Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
- Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
- Access to niche opportunities.
