Rates: £350 - £400 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: 6 -12 months
My client, a leading London Local Authrity is looking to bring on an experienced and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting properties, preparing detailed reports, advising on construction projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct site surveys and inspections.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
- Advise clients on property maintenance, refurbishment, and construction projects.
- Ensure projects meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage contracts and budgets effectively.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Class 2 or 3 Registered, RICS-accredited degree or similar).
- Proven experience in building surveying or a related field.
- Prior experienced within another local Authority would be preffered but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
