Job Description

You will be:
You will be joining the Young Adults Team as a Team Manager; your main responsibilities will include:
- Working with individuals with complex needs such as Learning Disability, Mental Health, Forensic and/or a combination of these needs.
- Responsible for managing a Team of Social Workers.
- Conducting 1 to 1 supervisions and supporting staff where needed.
- Follow the council’s processes and ensure services provided are of high standard.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold a Social Work Degree and has completed an ASYE.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
- Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
- Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
- Access to niche opportunities.
