Job Title: Interim Valuation Surveyor
Rate: £500 per day
Location: Colindale/Hybrid with borough-wide site visits as needed

Are you an experienced Valuation Surveyor with a passion for delivering first-class property services? Our client is seeking a talented Interim Valuation Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Essential Qualifications

• RICS Membership
• Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive (a pool car will be provided for work purposes if needed).

Desirable

• Previous experience as a valuer within local government.

About the RoleAs Interim Valuation Surveyor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Property Services. This is an opportunity to work on impactful projects, including:

• Delivering accurate property valuations for Right to Buy applications.
• Conducting unaccompanied site visits, including construction sites and various buildings.
• Managing a caseload of asset valuation work while supporting other team members as needed.
