Job Description

You will be:
You will be joining the Adult’s Hospital Discharge Team as a Team Manager; your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting several smaller Hospital Teams managed by Senior Social Workers and Therapists, supporting Hospital Discharge.
- Provide support to members of the team and to hold regular supervisions.
- Ensure the Council’s correct procedures and guidelines are followed through.
Essentials:
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold a Social Work Degree and has completed an ASYE.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
- Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
- Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
