Job Description

You will be:
You will be joining the Adult’s Community Team; your main responsibilities will include:
- To hold a caseload of Service Users within the Community.
- Conducting and implementing care plans to ensure proper care is provided.
- Collaborating with other professionals within the service.
- Maintaining accurate recordings of any visits with Service Users.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold a Social Work Degree and has completed an ASYE.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
- Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
- Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
- Access to niche opportunities.
