Job Description
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity.
You will be:
- Planning and Designing Urban Spaces – ensuring the space is functional, attractive and sustainable.
- Work with developers, local communities, architects, planners and landscape architects to resolve problems.
- Assist in dealing with general enquiries.
- Supporting the Planning Policy team in the development of design policies, strategies and masterplans.
- Deal with cases and investigations of alleged contravention of planning control/related matters and advise on appropriate action.
- A Degree in Planning/ Designing or a related field.
- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
- Strong working knowledge of UK Planning Laws and Regulations.
- Relevant UK experiences preferable.
