Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
• Support recruiters with the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and match top talent to exciting job opportunities.
• Conduct telephone screenings, interviews, and candidate registrations.
• Maintain and grow our database of high-quality candidates.
• Format CVs and assist with delivering to clients
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring top-tier service.
