Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Enhanced DBS Cleaner to join our team in Yorkshire. This role involves cleaning in a variety of settings, including schools and commercial buildings, so it is essential that you hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate.
Job Details:
- Location: Chelmsford
- Hours: Monday to Friday – Various shifts available (morning, afternoon, and evening)
- Job Type: Part-time/Full-time opportunities available
- Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience
- Carry out general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, classrooms, offices, and communal areas.
- Ensure all bins are emptied and waste is disposed of correctly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to specific cleaning protocols, particularly when working in educational settings.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Assist with any additional cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate (due to the nature of the role).
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of hygiene.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Must be flexible with working hours and willing to adapt to different shifts.
